In a remarkable medical achievement, doctors at Indore's Government Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital successfully removed two massive tumours weighing 15 kilograms from a 50-year-old woman. The operation saved her life, and further tests will determine the nature of the tumours.

In a groundbreaking surgery at Indore's Government Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital, a team of doctors successfully removed two massive tumours, weighing a total of 15 kilograms, from a 50-year-old woman.

The woman, hailing from Khargone district, had been struggling with abdominal swelling, anaemia, and uterine complications for two years. According to Dr Upendra Kumar Pandey, her condition has improved significantly post-surgery.

The tumours, located in the uterus and ovary, could have posed a dire threat to her life had they not been excised. Histopathology tests will reveal if they were cancerous.
