On Tuesday, approval was given for the Singapore-based company's proposal to augment its interest in the multispecialty healthcare network operating throughout India.
Simultaneously, CCI also sanctioned the acquisition of shares by BMH in Unimed Health Care Pvt Ltd, signaling a noteworthy alignment within the healthcare industry. Unimed, recognized under the Star Hospitals moniker, administers two multispecialty hospitals in Hyderabad offering an extensive range of medical services.
