Milwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton will miss three-to-four weeks because of a left thigh contusion. He was injured in Sunday's win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, leaving the game in the third quarter. He underwent an MRI exam and further examination by the team doctor to determine the extent of the injury, the team announced.

Middleton, who made his first All-Star team last season, is averaging 18.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists for the Bucks, who are 7-3 heading into Thursday's home game against the Chicago Bulls. Middleton, 28, averaged 18.3 points last season, with career-high marks of 6.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.

He is the team's second-leading scorer behind Giannis Antetokounmpo (29.7).
