Dabbing is a craze made popular by celebrities in different parts of the world. It is often made a part of dance performances of popular artists but did you can it can also help stop the spread of novel coronavirus COVID-19?
Artists popularised the dance move by featuring it in their music videos and mixtapes and it was soon picked up by the American football player Cam Newton, who helped it in becoming a household trend. While dabbing people point one arm upwards towards the sky while also bowing their face into their other arm. The move looks similar to someone sneezing into the inside of their elbow and that's exactly what you should do, says the World Health Organization (WHO).
WHO recommends covering your mouth and nose with the bend of your elbow while coughing and sneezing to prevent coronavirus from spreading.
A proper #dab (covering your mouth and nose with the bend of your elbow) when you cough and sneeze is a good practice to protect yourself and others from #COVID19. Thank you for your support, @paulpogba. #coronavirus pic.twitter.com/dEYxvX540M

Dabbing is one of the options to prevent coronavirus from spreading onto others, you can also use a tissue to cover your mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing. Throw away the tissue immediately and was your hands.
If you have access to it, using a tissue would be a more convenient option since it's easier to dispose of and ensure that germs don't stay on your body.
