Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary General of the Arab League, has condemned the massacre committed by Israeli occupation forces at Al-Tabin school in Gaza City's Al-Daraj neighbourhood. The attack, which took place at dawn, resulted in the death of more than 100 Palestinians and left hundreds injured.

In his statement, Aboul Gheit labelled the massacre as a 'cowardly act' that stains the reputation of the Israeli army. He highlighted the severity of the crime, noting that killing displaced civilians during dawn prayers demonstrates a profound lack of conscience. Aboul Gheit also condemned the ongoing genocidal war against Palestinians.

Aboul Gheit warned that the continuation of what he termed as a war of extermination against Palestinians effectively grants Israel the license to kill with impunity. He urged the international community to exert pressure on Israel for serious negotiations and an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, coupled with a prisoner swap deal.
