UAE and Kuwait Celebrate Embassy Opening in Abu Dhabi

In a significant diplomatic event, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with Abdullah Ali Al Yahya, Kuwait's Foreign Minister, inaugurated the new building of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Abu Dhabi on September 3.
The ceremony included unveiling a commemorative plaque and touring a photo exhibition that celebrates Kuwait's development and underscores the deep-rooted and long-standing relationships between the two countries. Sheikh Abdullah emphasized that the new embassy symbolizes the profound Emirati-Kuwaiti ties founded on mutual respect, understanding, and cohesion.
Sheikh Abdullah expressed UAE's eagerness to strengthen and advance its historical relationship with Kuwait, fulfilling the aspirations of both nations' leaderships and peoples. He praised the efforts of Jamal Al Ghunaim, Kuwait's Ambassador to the UAE, and his team for their role in fortifying these relations. The ceremony concluded with a commemorative photo of the diplomats and embassy staff, alongside several Gulf country ambassadors and senior officials.
