Islamic State-linked site says suicide attack hit Syria's Manbij

A news site linked to Islamic State said a suicide attack had struck an international coalition patrol in Syria's Manbij on Wednesday.

The site, Amaq, said the attacker had used an explosive vest to cause the blast in the northern Syrian city.
