Barkhan, Balochistan, was the scene of forced abductions as Pakistani security forces detained three Baloch individuals, including a retired teacher and a doctor. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) reported that this was a coordinated operation conducted by Frontier Corps and local police around 3 PM.

Among those taken was Haji Ahmed Bakhsh, a 60-year-old retired teacher well-regarded in his community. He was removed from his home by FC and police personnel. On the same day, Muhammad Akbar, a retired veterinary doctor, also vanished from the area, leaving his family deeply worried about his safety.

Juma Khan, a 60-year-old local resident, was similarly abducted by state forces. The Baloch people and human rights groups have long expressed concerns over such disappearances. Despite the growing international criticism, the Pakistani government and security bodies have yet to release any information about these abductions.
