Russia says its forces hit cargo vessel in Black Sea and oil refinery in Ukraine

‌Russia's defence ​ministry said on ‌Tuesday that its forces had ‌struck targets ‌in Ukraine, including a cargo ⁠vessel ​delivering ⁠military equipment to ⁠the Black Sea ​port of Odesa ⁠and an ⁠oil ​refinery in the ⁠city of Kremenchuk.
