Erdogan says Turkey in contact with all sides to end Gulf fighting
Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday Turkey was continuing efforts with all parties to end fighting between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi movement, saying continued hostilities benefited nobody.
Speaking at the U.N. General Assembly, Erdogan said Ankara would maintain its diplomatic efforts to end the conflict. The Houthis have intensified attacks on Saudi Arabia amid renewed fighting in Yemen.
