China initiates anti-dumping investigation into p-nitrotoluene from EU

​China's ‌Commerce Ministry is initiating ​an anti-dumping ‌investigation into chemical building block p-nitrotoluene from the ‌European Union, it ‌said Saturday.

A statement from the ministry ⁠said ​the ⁠investigation was initiated following complaints ⁠from China's domestic ​industry and that preliminary evidence ⁠shows that from ⁠2022 ​to 2025, the price of ⁠EU imports cumulatively fell ⁠by ⁠nearly 60%.
