Taiwan condemns China's sanctions on Belize, Paraguay ministers
Taiwan's foreign ministry on Monday condemned China's move to impose sanctions of ministers from Belize and Paraguay, calling it a "blatant interference in the sovereignty and foreign policies of other nations". China has no right to interfere in Taiwan's diplomatic relations, the ministry said.
China views democratically-governed Taiwan as its territory, an assertion strongly rejected by the government in Taipei.
