Barclays expects Fed rate hikes in December and January

​Barclays ​said ‌on ​Friday it ‌expects the US Federal Reserve to ‌raise interest rates ‌by 25 basis points ⁠each ​in ⁠December and January ⁠after stronger-than-expected inflation readings.

The ​brokerage had previously ⁠expected the ⁠Fed ​to hike rates in ⁠December this year.
