Russia's Lavrov meets OSCE secretary general in Minsk, TASS reports
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a meeting on Tuesday with Feridun Sinirlioglu, the secretary general of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the TASS state news agency reported.
