US elections could lead to more willingness to travel, Fraport says

​The CEO ‌of Germany-based airport ​operator Fraport said ‌on Wednesday that the outcome of the US ‌midterm elections could have ‌a positive impact on air travel.

"There might ⁠be ​fewer ⁠customs-related issues and a ⁠greater willingness to travel. That ​should have a positive ⁠impact on air travel ⁠in ​general, but I wouldn't overestimate ⁠its significance," CEO Stefan Schulte ⁠said.
