Poland says agreement to end Ukraine war impossible without Kyiv and Europe

It would ‌be impossible to reach an agreement ‌to stop the war in Ukraine without ‌the participation of Kyiv and ‌Europe, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said on Friday.

"An arrangement about the future of Ukraine and of Europe above our heads... would not just be unwise, it is actually impossible because, Europe and Ukraine have agency," he told a press conference.
