Russia's Lavrov to Pompeo: it's time to work together constructively

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday it was time for Russia and the United States to start a new constructive way of working together.

Speaking in Sochi ahead of talks with Pompeo, Lavrov said there was much suspicion in ties between the countries, but that he hoped for constructive dialogue.
