Reports: Warriors sign C Cauley-Stein

Former Sacramento Kings center Willie Cauley-Stein will sign with the Golden State Warriors for slightly above the minimum salary, multiple outlets reported Tuesday. The sixth overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, Cauley-Stein averaged 11.9 points and a career-high 8.4 rebounds in 81 starts for the Kings in 2018-19.

The 25-year-old 7-footer played in 295 games (199 starts) over four seasons with Sacramento, averaging 10.1 points and 6.4 boards per game. The Athletic first reported the unrestricted free agent's move to Golden State, with ESPN adding that the deal was for just over the minimum.
