Karnataka COVID-19 tally rises to 2282

Karnataka reported 100 fresh cases of COVID-19 from 5 pm of May 25 to 12 pm today, taking the total number of positive cases to 2,282.

Karnataka reported 100 fresh cases of COVID-19 from 5 pm of May 25 to 12 pm today, taking the total number of positive cases to 2,282. The total number of active cases has risen to 1,514 with 44 deaths, Karnataka Health Department said in a release.

A total of 1,45,380 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in India. 60,491 persons have recovered or migrated, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Tuesday. There are 80,722 active cases of COVID-19 in the country at present. 4,167 people have lost their lives due to the coronavirus in the country to date. (ANI)
