U.N. says 'negotiated, inclusive' settlement needed for Afghan peace

Only a "negotiated and inclusive settlement will bring sustainable peace to Afghanistan," U.N. spokesperson Farhan Haq told reporters in New York on Tuesday after the Taliban formed a new government.
