Fire breaks out in cotton mill

 A fire broke out in a waste cotton mill here on Friday when 10 workers were on duty but no one was injured as they ran out on seeing the blaze, police said on Saturday.

On being alerted, the Fire and Rescue Services personnel and a fire-tender were pressed into service and the flames doused after a four-hour battle, the police said.
