Three of family killed in road accident in UP

Three members of a family were killed when their car dashed into a stationary tractor-trolley in the Bisauli Kotwali area here in the early hours of Wednesday, police said.
Shakir (27), his pregnant wife Rozy (24) and one-year-old son Ahaan were on their way to Delhi when the car rammed into a stationary tractor-trolley laden with sugarcane near Madanjudi village, they said.
Police rushed to the spot and with the help of the locals pulled out the people trapped in the car, they said.
While the three family members died on the spot, Shakir’s two brothers-in-law Yakub and Mobin, who were also travelling in the car, were seriously injured and admitted to the district hospital, police said.
The deceased hailed from Delhi's Mehrauli area, they said.
Police said the bodies have been sent for postmortem.
