Israel's Netanyahu says he will advance 'responsible judicial reforms' amid mass protests

Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a televised address on Thursday that he is determined to proceed with "responsible judicial reforms" amid unprecedented nationwide protests against the government's overhaul plan.

"We cannot allow any dispute to endanger our collective future," Netanyahu said. "I will do everything to calm the situation and bring cohesion."
