Russian-installed Nova Kakhovka mayor: dam breach a 'terrorist act' by Ukraine

The Russian-installed mayor of Nova Kakhovka said on Tuesday that the breach of the nearby dam overnight was a "terrorist act" and that Ukraine was to blame.

In an interview on Russian state television, Vladimir Leontyev said: "This crime cannot be written off. This is a terrorist act directed against civilians, Ukrainians did it".
