Ukrainian shelling killed one man and damaged power supply lines in Russia's Kursk region, Governor Roman Starovoit said in a post on Telegram on Thursday. Starovoit said the man had been killed after shelling in the town of Tetkino on the Russia-Ukraine border and that 10 shells had been recorded as striking the village of Gordeevka.
