China, U.S. special climate envoys to meet Nov. 4-7 in California

China's chief climate negotiator Xie Zhenhua will meet his U.S. counterpart John Kerry in California between Nov. 4-7, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said on Thursday.
The pair will exchange views on promoting action and cooperation against climate change and supporting the successful convening of the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Dubai, the ministry said in a statement.
