An Israeli strike on a car in southern Lebanon killed three people on Sunday, four security sources in Lebanon said. Lebanon's state-owned National News Agency said the Israeli strike hit the car between the villages of Aianata and Aitaroun near the border with Israel.
Israeli forces and Iran-backed Hezbollah have been trading fire across the border since the Palestinian militant group Hamas and Israel went to war on Oct. 7.
