Kremlin says Davos talks on Ukraine will achieve nothing

The Kremlin on Monday said that talks in Davos on Ukraine's peace proposal would achieve nothing as Russia was not participating in the discussions.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that without Russia's participation there could be no result from the discussions.
