China's Xi signs order for revision of military legislation - state media

China's President Xi Jinping has signed an order to implement a revision of military regulations, which will take effect on March 1, state media Xinhua said on Monday.
The revised regulations will standardise the working systems and mechanisms for military legislation and strengthen military governance, Xinhua said.
