Russian businessman Yury Antipov, owner of a metals plant, was detained on fraud charges on Monday, the TASS news agency cited law enforcement as saying.
Earlier on Monday, Russian news agencies reported that a Sverdlovsk region arbitration court had satisfied prosecutor's claims to nationalise the plant in question.
