Fire at Russia's Ryazan refinery extinguished - governor

A fire at an oil refinery in Russia's Ryazan region has been extinguished , regional governor Pavel Malkov said on the Telegram messaging app on Wednesday.

Malkov had said earlier that a drone attack - one of several on Russian refineries in the past two days - had caused the fire to break out.
