Kremlin urges de-escalation between Iran and Israel

Russia is in dialogue with both Iran and Israel and urged the need for de-escalation in the Middle East, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
Peskov said that Russia continues to have close contacts with Iran and also has constructive contacts with Israel.
When asked if Tehran had warned Russia ahead of time about the strikes on Israel, Peskov said he had nothing to say on the matter.
