Russian shelling kills two, injures five in Ukraine's Kharkiv region

Intensified Russian shelling of Ukraine's border settlements in the northeastern Kharkiv region alongside a ground assault killed at least two civilians, a local official said.

One person was killed and five injured in the town of Vovchansk, and one more was killed in the nearby village, regional governor Oleh Synehubov said on Telegram.
