Responding to the urgency of the situation, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, currently visiting the UK, instructed capital police chief Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi to spearhead the search. Seven dedicated police teams, equipped with photographs and aided by Safe City cameras and cellular technology, were promptly mobilized to track her movements from the F-8/1 sector, her last known location.

The meticulous search paid off within four hours, reuniting the ambassador’s wife with her husband. Islamabad police chief Rizvi lauded the rapid response of his officers, emphasizing the importance of their role in ensuring public safety. While the exact reason for her departure remains unclear, local media speculated she was in a 'distressed state' when she left home.
