Tragic Incident: Labourer Killed in Suspected Border Firing

In a tragic turn of events, a man identified as Vasudev was killed in what is suspected to be border firing along the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district, official sources reported on Saturday.

The 28-year-old labourer was found with a bullet wound in his chest and was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital. Vasudev was employed on a construction project near the IB when the incident occurred.

Investigations are currently being conducted by authorities, including the Border Security Force (BSF) and police officials, to ascertain the exact circumstances leading to this fatality.
