In a decisive operation against terrorism, Anantnag police on Thursday attached a two-storeyed house in the Gadole area of Anantnag district, Jammu and Kashmir. The residence, belonging to Riyaz Ahmad Bhat, was targeted based on an order from the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir and executed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The police stated that this significant action against terrorism aimed to clamp down on terror associates in the region. The attachment of Bhat's house in Lohar Senzi is part of an ongoing effort to curb anti-national activities in the state.
