U.S. Condemns North Korea-Russia Military Ties

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken condemned "deepening military cooperation" between North Korea and Russia during a call with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul, the State Department said on Friday.

Blinken and Cho agreed to continue working together to address "the complex and evolving security challenges" posed by North Korea and to support peace and stability in the South China Sea, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a statement.
