Pune Sessions Court Grants Bail to Father in Porsche Crash Case

A Pune sessions court has granted bail to the father of the juvenile accused in a fatal Porsche crash that killed two IT professionals. However, the father remains detained due to other related charges. Additionally, bail was also granted to five bar employees accused of serving alcohol to the minor.

A sessions court in Pune on Friday granted bail to the father of the juvenile accused in a tragic Porsche car crash that claimed the lives of two software professionals last month.

Despite this, the father continues to be detained due to facing additional charges related to the incident, including allegedly manipulating blood samples for alcohol testing and coercing his driver to take the fall for the accident.

The court also granted bail to five other individuals, including the owner and managers of two bars, who were accused of serving alcohol to the underage juvenile driver.
