Property Dealer Shot Dead in South-East Delhi Over Financial Dispute

A 23-year-old property dealer was fatally shot in south-east Delhi's Jaitpur area on Friday evening, reportedly over a financial disagreement, police confirmed on Saturday.

The incident transpired around 7 pm at Mirza Associates, where a heated argument ensued between Zaid and Mohammad Firoz regarding a monetary issue.

According to residents, a gunshot was heard from inside Firoz's office. Police arrived to find Zaid in a pool of blood with a chest gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital but declared dead on arrival. The alleged shooter, Firoz, has been arrested and the firearm retrieved. Zaid was the owner of A-Z properties, authorities stated.
