This new deal brings Ukraine's total number of long-term bilateral agreements with key partners, such as the UK, Germany, France, and the United States, to 23. While these agreements share a general framework, each contains unique elements tailored to specific needs.

A notable aspect of the latest pact is Romania's commitment to assist with mine clearance operations in the Black Sea and to train Ukrainian pilots for F-16 jet fighters.
