A tragic incident occurred on Saturday when a two-year-old girl, Awanshika Yadav, was killed during a clash over land prices. The child was allegedly struck on the head with a wooden stick, causing her immediate death, according to Station House Officer (SHO) Rajesh Kaushik.

The violent confrontation escalated following heated arguments between two groups disputing the cost of a piece of land. Upon conclusion of the incident, the aggressors dispersed from the scene, police reported.

SHO Kaushik confirmed that a case has been lodged, and efforts are underway to arrest those responsible. The girl’s body has been sent for post-mortem examination to aid in the investigation.
