Delhi Police Files Supplementary Charge Sheet in Parliament Security Breach Case
The Delhi Police submitted a supplementary charge sheet in court regarding last year's Parliament security breach on the anniversary of the 2001 terror attack. The charge sheet was filed after receiving sanctions to prosecute under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Judicial custody for all accused has been extended until August 2, 2024.

The Delhi Police on Monday filed a supplementary charge sheet before a local court concerning the Parliament security breach incident that took place on the anniversary of the 2001 terror attack.
The charge sheet, submitted to Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur, comes after obtaining the necessary sanctions to prosecute all accused under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Meanwhile, the court has extended the judicial custody of the accused until the next hearing date on August 2, 2024, as Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) Akhand Pratap Singh reported that certain forensic reports are still pending.
