Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu announced on Thursday that this year's monsoon season has caused exceptional damage, leading to severe flooding and landslides.
During a question hour in the assembly, Khandu highlighted that 33 roads and 13 bridges in Kurung Kumey district were severely damaged as of June 30. He assured that the Public Works Department and Border Roads Organisation are actively working to restore road connectivity and ensure access to medicines and food.
