The State Investigative Agency (SIA) has seized the property of Mohammed Liyaqat, who has been avoiding arrest for over a year in a narco-terrorism case in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.
The property, which includes 1 kanal and 9 marlas of land in Khari Karmara, was seized under Section 83 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC), following an order from the principal sessions judge of Poonch.
Authorities continue their efforts to locate Liyaqat and dismantle networks involved in illegal narco-terrorism activities.
