PAC Jawan Arrested for Allegedly Raping Married Woman in Meerut

A Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) jawan named Pintu was arrested for allegedly raping a married woman in Meerut. He was on leave and fled the scene leaving his mobile phone. The woman has been sent for a medical examination, and further investigation is ongoing.

A Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) jawan was apprehended on Sunday for the alleged rape of a married woman at her residence, according to police reports. The suspect has been identified as Pintu.

Pintu, who was stationed in Meerut and had returned home on leave, entered the woman’s house on Saturday afternoon. As per the complaint, he allegedly raped her. Upon her husband's return, Pintu fled the scene, leaving behind his mobile phone.

The case has been registered against the PAC jawan, and the woman has undergone a medical examination. An investigation into the incident is currently in progress, said SHO Rajendra Prasad.
