Germany Stands Firm Against Putin's Missile Threat

Germany's Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that the country will not be intimidated by Russian President Vladimir Putin's warning of a Cold War-style missile crisis. This statement came after Putin threatened to deploy missiles near the West if the U.S. stations long-range missiles in Germany.

Germany remains unfazed by Russian President Vladimir Putin's threat of a Cold War-style missile crisis, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson confirmed on Monday.

On Sunday, Putin warned that if Washington deploys long-range missiles in Germany, Russia would respond by positioning similar missiles within striking distance of the West.

"We will not be intimidated by such threats," the spokesperson reiterated.
