Tagging the UIDAI in a public post, Mehta, a National Award winner, described the treatment she received at the Aadhaar centre as 'nothing short of harassment'.
In response, the UIDAI official account offered to assist, requesting details of the Aadhaar Centre where the issues occurred and contact information.
