Judicial Magistrate Vinod Kumar rejected the pleas of driver Manuj Kathuria and basement owners Tejinder Singh, Parvinder Singh, Harvinder Singh, and Sarabjeet Singh, stating, 'All the bail applications are dismissed.'

Authorities have filed an FIR under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for offenses including culpable homicide and negligence.
