Woman Fatally Shot in Road Rage: Delhi Police Close in on Suspect
A day after a woman named Simranjeet Kaur was shot dead in a road rage incident in Delhi's Gokalpuri area, police have identified a suspect through CCTV footage. The suspect, who was on a two-wheeler, allegedly fired a single shot that hit Kaur in the chest. Police teams are working to apprehend the accused.

In a tragic road rage incident, a woman identified as Simranjeet Kaur was shot dead by an unidentified man in the Gokalpuri area, Delhi Police announced. The suspect has been spotted traveling on a two-wheeler in CCTV footage, officials confirmed.
The incident occurred on Wednesday around 3.15 pm when Kaur, her husband Heera Singh, and their two sons were riding a motorcycle. A police officer close to the investigation revealed that the suspect, dressed in half pants, is believed to be from a nearby locality.
The suspect reportedly fired a single shot from the flyover, hitting Kaur in the chest, before escaping. Despite efforts from her husband and other commuters, Kaur was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital. Kaur's last rites were performed on Thursday, and a dozen police teams have been deployed to apprehend the assailant.
