Punjab Congress Chief Warring Condemns Arrest of Former Minister Ashu in Money Laundering Case
Punjab Congress leader Amrinder Singh Raja Warring condemned the arrest of Bharat Bhushan Ashu in a money-laundering case linked to a tender scam. Ashu, a former food and civil supplies minister, was sent to Enforcement Directorate remand. Warring and MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira called the arrest politically motivated.

Punjab Congress leader Amrinder Singh Raja Warring has strongly condemned the arrest of former minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu in connection with a tender scam-linked money-laundering investigation.
Ashu was taken into custody after being produced in a local court and sent to Enforcement Directorate (ED) remand for five days.
The case stems from an alleged scam during the Congress regime related to the allotment of tenders for foodgrain transportation using fake vehicle registration numbers.
